Xmas Chocolate Coated Cherry's
Ingredients
- 1x Punnet of Cherry"s
- 250 gm Cacao Butter
- 200 gm Cacao Powder
- 150 gm (powdered) coconut sugar
Instructions
- Place the Cherry's into the fridge
- Use a double boiler and melt the Cacao Butter.
- When melted add the powder and the sugar. Stir until all smooth.
- Then dip the cherry's into the chocolate and let drip dry and place on a plate.
- Then place in fridge to set.
- Very easy and yummy to eat
Notes
- The chocolate will set very quickly over the cold cherrys
