ABC Juice
This is very easy to make. Its a good way to use produce up when its in season.

Ingredients
  1. 10 Carrots
  2. 5 Apples
  3. 1 Small Beetroot
  4. 1 heaped teaspoon of Ginger.
Instructions
  1. Put through a juicer and drink immediately.
Notes
  1. You can use the pulp in recipes or you can feed your dog-cat-chickens-compost the Pulp.
  2. Enjoy!
