Enjoy Dulse Leaf straight out of the bag, or sprinkle Leaf or Flakes in soups, stocks, stews, miso, stirfrys or savory dishes. Alternatively, use to ‘salt’ pasta or potato boiling water. One of my favorite ways to eat this is in a salad.
