- Mix with water and blend - we usually add a banana but you can add mixed berries.
- Make sure you use Organic ingredients (when I first started drinking this I used to make nut milk, sometimes I used to use half milk half water but now always just good water).
- I alternate these ingredients for nutrient variation
- 1tsp Spirulina
- 1tsp Coconut Oil
- 1tsp Cats Claw
- 1tsp Lucuma
- 1tsp Nobal Powder
