  1. 2 heaped tbsp Cacao Powder
  2. 1 heaped tsp Bee Pollen
  3. 1 small handful of Goji Berries
  4. 1 heaped tsp Maca Powder
  5. 1 heaped tsp of Chia seeds
  6. 1 heaped tbsp of Raw Honey or Agave Syrup
  7. 1 heaped tsp Camu Camu
  8. 1 tsp MSM
  9. 1 Banana
  1. Mix with water and blend - we usually add a banana but you can add mixed berries.
  2. Make sure you use Organic ingredients (when I first started drinking this I used to make nut milk, sometimes I used to use half milk half water but now always just good water).
  1. I alternate these ingredients for nutrient variation
  2. 1tsp Spirulina
  3. 1tsp Coconut Oil
  4. 1tsp Cats Claw
  5. 1tsp Lucuma
  6. 1tsp Nobal Powder
