  1. 2x heaped Tbs Cacao powder
  2. 1x heaped tsp Bee Pollen
  3. 1x small handful of Goji Berries
  4. 1x heaped tsp Maca powder
  5. 1x heaped tsp of Chia seeds.
  6. 1x heaped Tbs of honey or agave syrup
  7. 1 heaped tsp Camu Camu
  8. 1x tsp MSM
  9. 1x Banana
  1. Mix with water and blend - we usually add a banana but you can add mixed berries. Make sure you use Organic ingredients (when I first started drinking this I used to make nut milk, sometimes I used to use half milk half water but now always just good water).
  1. I alternate these ingredients for nutrient variation
  2. 1x tsp Spirulina
  3. 1tsp Coconut Oil
  4. 1tsp Cats Claw
  5. 1tsp Lucuma
  6. 1tsp Nobal Powder
